Description

Ready-to-use, sterile pre-filled flushing devices containing sodium chloride (isotonic NaCl 0,9 %)

• Saline syringes suitable for use on a sterile fluid path, use for general IV flush procedures
• BD PosiFlush™ saline syringes are designed to eliminate syringe-induced blood reflux enhancing catheter maintenance protocols
• Special design of syringe barrel means the smaller 3ml syringes have the same diameter as the 10ml syringes, assuring a standardised pressure during the flushing process
• BD Luer-Lock™ tip for secure connection to the catheter, minimising patient discomfort
• Size and shape of the tip cap allows easy handling and helps avoid touch contamination of the syringe luer connection
• Do not contain: Latex, BPA, PVC or DEHP
• Terminally steam sterilised – sterility assurance level of 10-6
• Class III, sterile, single use
